1. Website Owner, Services Offered & Binding Agreement
This website is owned and operated by Pristine Cleaning Professionals Ltd. These Terms govern the use of our website and services, including residential and commercial cleaning. By accessing our website or booking a service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Who Can Use Our Website & Services
- You must be at least 18 years old to book our services.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when scheduling a service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
3. Booking, Pricing & Payments
- All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or other approved methods.
- Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We accept credit and debit card payments such as Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.
- Failure to make payment may result in service cancellation and additional fees.
4. Cancellations & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 15% cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice, to also avoid a 15% cancellation fee.
- If we arrive and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, for a free re-clean.
- Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- The property must be accessible at the scheduled time.
- Customers must remove fragile or valuable items from cleaning areas.
- Pets should be secured or placed in a safe area during the cleaning service.
- Special instructions must be communicated before the scheduled service.
6. Service Limitations & Liability
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damages or wear and tear.
- While we take precautions, we are not liable for accidental damage unless due to negligence.
- We do not move heavy furniture or handle biohazardous materials.
- Our team reserves the right to decline a service if unsafe or unsanitary conditions exist.
7. Changes to Services & Availability
- We may modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
- Service availability depends on location, scheduling, and other factors.
- We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.
8. Warranties & Disclaimer
- We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, but we do not guarantee perfection.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is secure before and after cleaning.
9. Intellectual Property
- Our website, logo, branding, and all related materials are our intellectual property.
- Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without permission.
10. Right to Suspend or Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to suspend or refuse service for any reason, including:
- Failure to pay
- Unsafe conditions at the property
- Abuse or inappropriate behavior toward staff
- Violation of these Terms
